Third Party Funding – Twenty Years on What’s New?

Third Party Funding has the potential to provide opportunities to project stakeholders who do not have the financial capacity or may just want to free up cash-flow whilst pursuing arbitration or litigation. Join us in a review of the state of the law surrounding TPF in Canada and the US and a discussion as to why TPF has yet to take off in the construction industry.
