Rule 30(b)(6) Depositions: Best Practices, Pitfalls, and a Few Tales from the Front Lines

This virtual panel discussion will include insights, pitfalls, best practices (and a few tales) from a group of “front line” experienced construction attorneys and experts on the topic of Rule 30(b)(6) depositions. The content of the event will address the definition and purpose of Rule 30(b)(6) depositions, the rules in which construction attorneys should consider when preparing for a 30(b)(6) deposition, best practices to timely conduct the deposition(s), methods in preparing a witness to represent a corporation, and other insights to effectively conduct the deposition(s). The event will be 1 hours in duration between 12:00 PM ET and 1:00 PM ET. Questions will be received but addressed at the conclusion of the discussions, or after the event if time has expired.
