“Letters of credit in construction: rethinking the autonomy principle in Canada”

The Society of Construction Law (North America) is pleased to welcome members and prospective members to a construction talk and wine tasting in Toronto on October 24, 2019. The evening will begin at 6:00 pm with hors d’oeuvres, a construction law update, followed by a wine tasting reception. Both members and prospective members are welcome to attend. The evening’s “hot topic” will be “Letters of credit in construction: rethinking the autonomy principle in Canada” by Michael Valo of Glaholt LLP.
