A wave of anti-corruption sentiment has recently swept through Latin America, resulting in the appointment of new political leaders such as Andrés Manuel López Obrador in Mexico and Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil. Our esteemed panel will discuss current anti-corruption laws in Mexico, Brazil, and the United States, respectively, with an emphasis on bidding practices for public construction projects.
